1. Non-refundable Items:

Accessories, swimwear, and underwear are non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Return:

All apparel items are eligible for return if the product has not been washed and still has tags attached.

3. Timeframe for Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

4. Refund Options:

Full Refund: If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Store Credit: Alternatively, you can opt for store credit, which will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

5. Exchange Policy:

You may exchange an item for any other item within 14 days of delivery. If the new item you choose is of greater value than the returned item, the difference is paid by the customer.

6. Inspection Requirement:

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team before a full refund or store credit is issued.

7. Handling Fees:

We do not charge any handling fees on returns.

Conditions for Returns:
● Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
● Original packaging must be included (if applicable).
● Proof of purchase is required.
