We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged under the conditions below. Items specifically marked final sale are not eligible for exchange. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Email cameron@untitledand.co within 5 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Include your order number, the item and the exchange you would like. Please wait for our authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Once eligibility is confirmed, we will provide a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges for a different size, color or style are subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another alternative.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact cameron@untitledand.co as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
