In-stock ready-to-wear orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received. This is processing time, not delivery time. Timing for Atelier and special-order pieces is confirmed separately.

Delivery estimates depend on the carrier, service and destination. For USPS shipments, please refer to the carrier's estimate and tracking updates. Transit time begins after dispatch. We do not promise a fixed express delivery timeframe. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by delays or customs processing.

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Contact us before ordering if you need a piece for a specific date.

International shipping is available to the destinations supported at checkout. Import duties, taxes and other destination-country charges are the customer's responsibility and are payable on delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping fee.

Once your order is dispatched, use the tracking information provided to follow the shipment. If your order is delayed, damaged, missing or incorrect, contact cameron@untitledand.co so we can help investigate with the carrier.
